I am going away tonight for an overnight retreat and won't get the opportunity to weigh myself tomorrow on my official weigh in day (and no, I'm not that obsessive that I'm taking my scale with me). So I got on today, and will get back on Friday morning and just take the average, but I didn't lose anything based on today's reading. And while it frustrates me, I didn't gain either - which is good. I have followed the program and my points, but the big difference this week is that I didn't work out really.
